Jennifer lives in New Smyrna Beach with her husband and daughter and works the coastal corridor — New Smyrna, Port Orange, Edgewater, Deland, Daytona Beach, Ormond Beach. She knows this market the way someone who actually lives in it does.

Working alongside Joe, Carsyn is building the next generation of intelligent automation for the SRG Reprise Real Estate Platform — tools that track deadlines, surface risk, and keep every party informed in real time. She knows where the gaps are because she lives in them every day.

Angela serves the SRG East Coast lane, Edgewater, New Smyrna Beach, Port Orange, Daytona, Ormond, with a fluency in both languages that matters for our buyers and sellers in that corridor: English and Spanish.

Her practice splits about evenly between residential buyer agency and small-investor representation. She built and maintains the firm's rental-yield-by-zip dataset (driven by the LandVista absorption model) and is the agent SRG sends when a client is shopping a 1031 exchange against a fourplex.

Lisa brings 24 years in real estate to SRG — time spent on every side of the table: owning, selling, and flipping. She's also a licensed mortgage broker with 10 years in that lane, which means she understands financing as fluently as she understands contracts. She owns and manages rentals, and applies that investor and landlord lens to every client she works with.

Her operating principle is simple: return every call, text, or email — weekdays, weekends, and holidays. In a business where lack of communication is the most common complaint, Lisa treats availability as a non-negotiable. When you reach out, you hear back.

Tara works buyers, sellers, and investors across Central Florida with a professional philosophy she carries from her other career: teaching first grade. She listens first, explains everything, and never moves faster than the person in front of her.

Joe co-founded Shawfield Realty Group with Carrie Sue and has spent the time since building the technology layer underneath every transaction the firm runs. Twenty-five years in full-stack software development, cloud architecture, analytics, and AI — all of it applied directly to real estate operations.

The tools SRG agents use every day — contract-date tracking, MLS lead pipeline, transaction coordination, commission accounting — were built here, not licensed from a vendor. That same practice is now the foundation of a broader platform portfolio being built for the industry: brokerage management, legal and document automation, home services, and cloud infrastructure for real estate operators.

The technology is the next chapter. For now, it powers this team.
